Too slow converting Excel to PDF

I'm currently using Acrobat DC and Office 2021 versions.

I create Excel documents and convert them into a single PDF file containing approximately 100 sheets.(PDF maker in Excel add-in)

Before changing my PC, it used to take less than 5 minutes to convert, but recently, after switching to a new PC and installing Office 2021 and Acrobat DC versions, it takes up to 1 hour for the same process.

I've tried adjusting some of settings in the configuration window, following my colleague's settings, but it hasn't improved at all. Reinstalling Office takes a long time, so I haven't attempted that yet, but I've reinstalled Acrobat about three times with no improvement. Is there any solution to this issue?

Same Excel, same Acrobat, and it worked before, and it works on your colleague's computer. I would guess that the settings are wrong. Check with a new user (profile) on your computer. That may or may not help, but should be straightforward to check. Also are the data on a network drive or locally. You should try to run the software locally, to rule out network problems.
