.. das Problem besteht bei jeder PDF-Datei. Also bei existierenden wie auch bei neuen Dateien. Auch das lokale speichern der Datei führt nicht zum Erfolg.

Please go to Edit (Preferences) , Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Measuring 2D and Measuring 3D and see if that works for you.
