Tool Trouble - Error-"This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license"

I have the subscription to the CC - trying to redact text -getting this error message. Same message appears for all tools. I am up to date. HELP PLEASE! Thank you!

    Hi there

     

    Hope you are doing well.

     

    What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
     
    Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

     

    If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3UHz2zF, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3UG5LWg

    Hi there

     

    I have the same issue and neither of the above solutions worked. Is there anything else that can be tried?
