Toolbar acrobat reader

Hello, here is for a client we have acrobat reader dc. He wants to open the pdf with Internet explorer. Only problem, he does not want any button displayed at the top (printed, saved etc) he would like to hide all and that his pdf opens without any button. Do you have a tip? Cordially.
