Toolbar Text

I am using Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro.  I am showing the toolbar but it only shows the icons.  I would like it to show text for what each icon means.  I know that text appears if I hover over the icon but I would prefer it to show always.  Is there a way for the text to show?

It is the design behavior of the application. The option to show the tool bar icon's text is yet not available.
