Transfer Licence to another account.

We have two licence keys for Adobe Pro 2020 tied to the same account and we would like to move one key to a different account.

I have found these instructions.

But it says you need a case number. So I asked the support bot for a case number and this is the response it gave me "To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan. I found no record of an active plan linked to <Email account>". 

We don't have any active plans, but we did purchase these licences. When I tried to get support from a human it just repeats itself. This is absolutely brutal support.

@ofb43436346 First of all where did you buy the licenses? Did I read correctly, 2020 licenses?  End of Support is November 30, 2025. This means after that date, you won't receive updates, security patches, or technical assistance. While the software might still function, it could become vulnerable or incompatible with newer operating systems over time. 

With regards to the 'bot' asking for a case number, mayb prompt the 'bot' try typing "Human" or "Agent" repeatedly, or phrases like "I need to speak to a human about a perpetual license" or "transfer license." Sometimes, this can bypass the "active plan" check and eventually get you to a live agent. Be patient. It might take several attempts or a long wait.

Bought them from techsoup, we are a non profit. I'm aware of the end of support, we will transfer if there is any security risks that come up. Thanks.
