Transfer Licence to another account.
We have two licence keys for Adobe Pro 2020 tied to the same account and we would like to move one key to a different account.
I have found these instructions.

But it says you need a case number. So I asked the support bot for a case number and this is the response it gave me "To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan. I found no record of an active plan linked to <Email account>".
We don't have any active plans, but we did purchase these licences. When I tried to get support from a human it just repeats itself. This is absolutely brutal support.
