Tried for hours to load Scr3310 card reader

Went to the scrum-Pc-card website and down loaded the Mac driver's for my card.  The card reader appears to be working fine but when I try to use the digital signature all it will find is my express vpn digital signature and won't allow me to add a new one.   It's embarrassing to have spent 25 Adobe one month fee to use one feature and no support for that feature.   No help at all

Hi,

There is more than drivers involved for your smart card reader  to work properly.

You need the following:

  1. The appropriate driver for the smart card reader
  2. The appropriate root certificates for the type of common access card that you will use
  3. The appropriate middleware to access your cac card chip
  4. Make the root certificates available to the operating systems, your browser and your Adobe Acrobat application

If you don't mind me asking , is this for government use?
