Trouble generating redline in Adobe Pro Compare

Question

I am trying to get a redline document showing the differences between two PDFs, however the new compare tool only shows me a Comparison Report, with the old and new documents side by side. Please help.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

In case you are still experiencing the issue, would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20241) and letting us know if the issue is fixed for you.

To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.

In case the issue persists, please share a screen recording of the issue for a better understanding and further investigation.
