TRYING TO ADD A VIDEO IN A PDF

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue, trying to incorporate a video in a PDF. I followed all the steps mentionned by this page : Ajout de contenu audio et vidéo, et d’objets interactifs à des fichiers PDF dans Adobe Acrobat .

However once the video is incorporated using the "add video" tools, a message error is coming saying "Multimedia and 3D content has been disabled. Enable this feature if you trust this document.". Within the two options : 1/ Trust this document one time only (when we click on this option, the software is crashing or a message saying "Initializing : Windows Media(R) Player" pop-up and never start loading)  2/ Trust this document always (this option is not working for example even if we click nothing is happening)

I also have been consulting the community but even after taking care of the settings in the preferences :

-Multimedia trust legacy

-Multimedia legacy (preferred media Player : Windows Meida(R) Player)

I really need your help to make this done, thank you for your help.
