trying to opt out of contract, because pro download failed. But get this message in reply:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Adobe (message@adobe.com)

"The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."
So, why dont they empty their mailbox???

That's a scam email. So, how did you get it, and what did you tell them?

This does not look like a real Adobe email address. Where did you get it from, and why are you using it to cancel your contract? You can easily do it here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
