Turn off these annoying banners that interrupt my workflow.

Dear Adobe,

I am not an idiot and do not need these windows popping up:

I've tried before turning them off. This is a huge black eye and doesn't help me one bit. In fact, it's annoying and frustrating and makes me wish there was a competitor to Adobe for PDFs so I don't have to be interrupted because the program is on a timer (or event-driven) to invade my workspace with this junk.

Let me be clear: I want it ALL off. I do not need this information in these pop-ups. They are NOT helpful or informative.
