I cant turn on double sided printing in adobe reader dc on a mac.

As per the description above, you want to turn on the Duplex(double-sided) printing on your Mac machine, is that correct?
The double-sided printing is a printer feature, if your printer supports double-sided printing, you can turn on the feature from the printer settings.
