I need functionality to send documents for client signature with two factor authentication (incl SMS).
Your staff via the help chat are unable to assist. Can you please advise what package is required to facilitate this (in Australia)?
Are you requiring the Client to sign with electronic signature, or a certificate-based digital signature?
I think You may be able to do that by adopting a workflow with Adobe Sign.
You may need a Teams Plan or Business Plan, for example, since in the individual plan of Adobe Sign such features are somewhat limited.
