Two signatures in one signing box

Hi there, I have a husband and wife using the same email which I need separate signatures.

I put the email in for signature 1

And the same email in for signature 2. When I applied their signature boxes in the doc I made sure there was a new colour coding for signature 2

However when the husband signed for signature 1, both H +W signatures went into the signature 1 space one above the other. And the wife is saying it's going to do the same for her box so will apply both H + W  signatures to #2 signing area.

Is this a freak glitch as I've never seen this happen before. How do I fix?

It's for Adobe sign which has been working ok in the past when I send out signatures for husband and wife with one email.

This just occurred today.

It's now all sorted. Must have been a problem on my clients end so now when one party signs only one signature attaches instead of both husband and wife to the one signing block.

So problem fixed.

What signing workflow are you employig?

Are you using Fill&Sign?

Send for signatures with Adobe Sign?

or using a certificate-based digital signature field?

And would you mind describing in more detail what did you mean by  a "freak glitch" ?   I've never heard of that term before.... were you trying to compare a behavior that you observed during the  signing action with Adobe Acrobat to the "Freak" bug that was announced by Microsoft about 7-8 years ago?
