Typographer's quotes in Acrobat DC?

Hello, friends. My employer has downsized its Adobe licenses and I no longer have access to InDesign. So HELP! InDesign was always my workaround when trying to put typographer's quotes into a PDF.

I've looked everywhere I can think of for a way to use "typogrpaher's" quotation marks, also known as "smart" or "curly" quotes, in the PDF Text Box or Edit PDF tool.

Thanks!

Steve

There is no way to automatically use typographical quotes (i.e. “ and ”) in Acrobat (or for that matter in these communities). On the other hand, on Windows, you can always use ALT 0147 for “ and ALT 0148 for ” to type those characters. Yes, I know that it is a pain in the tuchas, but c'est la vie – it works.

Dov Isaacs, you are a genius!  I've used the ALT commands for special characters in Excel, but it didn't occur to me to use them in Acrobat. Thank you so much! --Steve
