Unable to cancel Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription
I took the free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro, and today is the last day. But adobe billed me from today, and I have tried mutiple times on multiple devices to cancel my Adobe Pro Subscription plan, but I simply can't. When I go to the cancellation page, it says 'Unable to load data'. Adobe's chatbot says they're facing a technical outage, but the website is more than happy to allow me to upgrade my plan. This is really disappointing.
