Unable to convert docx and xlsx fine to pdf file and unable to combine docx and xlsx to a single pdf

Hi All,

I have sequenced Adobe acrobat 2017 using Appv 4.6 sp3 and it is working fine with editing and merging pdf files.

But while converting docx and xlsx file to pdf its crashing by saying unable to find adobe pdf resource files, below is the screenshot for the same.

Same issue is found with Xlsx files.

Also same issue comes if i combine any word or excel files.

Adobe pleasae suggest some work around to make this work with Apv 4.6 as physical install of the application is working fine.
