unable to convert JPEG into pdf

I have adobe pdf package, and all i am trying to do is turn a JPEG image into a PDF. I am paying for the most expensive package and I managed to convert one image into a pdf but the second one it wouldnt let me do and wanted me to upgrade my package???

I am going mad with is, have tried logging out and back in etc.

Are you referring to the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF Pack ?

 

In any case, if you were trying to edit the JPG before the export action you'll be required to do that action in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which will require to upgrade to an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription.

Hope you are doing well.

I have checked your account. You have signed up for an Acrobat export PDF subscription. Which is an online service and has limation of exporting a certain set of files types to .pdf https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html 

Conversion from JPEG to PDF is not included in it. 

You were able to make one conversion as a free trial. And that is the reason it has asked for the upgrade when you try next time.

Upgrading to an Acrobat Pro subscription opens various conversion and other pdf handling tools.
