Unable to create a PDF from a scanner on a Windows 10 machine.
Acrobat 9.0 stops working when you try to create a pdf from a scanner on a windows 10 system and it has worked in the past. any suggestions?

As per the description above, you are not able to create a PDF from a scanner on a Windows 10 machine, Is that correct?
You may refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB doc Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat
Note: Acrobat 9 is already declared as an End of support and End of Life product, above steps may or may not work as Acrobat 9 was not tested on Windows 10, for more information you can refer to End of support | Reader 9 and Acrobat 9 (and earlier)
