Unable to create a PDF from WP (Office X6).

I can't create a PDF from WP (Office X6).  I use Adobe Acrobat X Pro.  It used to work perfectly but now it only creates the first page of the document.  I use Windows 7.

My desk mate has the same OS, software, etc. and it works perfectly for her.  How do I fix this?

Hi karens11462356,

It has nothing to do with Adobe Acrobat, WP create PDF its own - Acrobat doesn't help there.

You may want to check following settings in WP.

WP > File > Publish to PDF > Settings > Publish to PDF Settings > General - Make sure 'All Document' is checked.

Hi karens11462356,

Adobe Acrobat X is not compatible with MS office 2016.

You may experience some issues while working on these applications.

Try to check the preferences provided under the Acrobat ribbon in MS office application.

Select the options provided in preferences as per the requirement and the try to create PDF.

Check if this helps.

Thank you. I can create PDFs with MS Office. The problem is creating a

PDF from WordPerfect (Office X6). It used to work fine and now doesn't.
