Unable to create a portfolio in Acrobate

When I try to create a portfolio in Acrobate it just give the list of images. It doesn't create the portfolio. This has always worked before! HELP!!!!

Yes, it is a portfolio in that it groups the jpegs, but it's just the list of images.  You have to click on each file name to open it and it only opens that one image. Is there a next step that I'm missing?

This is what it looks like when I create a PDF portfolio OR open a PDF porfolio that I created in the past:

How do I get the new UI (User Interface?)?  I just bought and downloaded Acrobat yesterday - Nov. 14, 2023. It says there are no updates needed.  Do you know what I'm missing here? It's driving me crazy!

I figured it out. I had to go to: View > Enable new Acrobat

Thank you mentioning the UI! That led me down the right path. Phew!!
