Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files

Hi, I get the following message avery time that I try to save a Word doc as a PDF: Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files. I tried the fix from 2017, but it is not working. Has anyone had a similar problem with a fix in the last year or so?
