Hello,
I would like to share pdf files for reviews via SharePoint or Office 365.
I am working now on MacOs Ventura with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.
I can't find Shared Review Options on Preferences/Reviewing. So it is impossible to define a site on SharePoint.
How could I do this? Are there any limitations?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay in response to your question.
With the Acrobat New UI, this is an intentional change, and this feature has been removed in Acrobat New UI on both Mac and Windows.
You can switch back to the old UI to access this feature.
Click on the hamburger icon in the upper left corner
Click on Disable New Acrobat
Once done, Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Reviewing> Shared review option
