Unable to generate QR in Adobe Reader DC

Hi Team Adobe &  All member of Adobe Community,

Greetings of the day !

We have been using Adobe Livecycle Designer ES4 since last 1 and half years. We have developed  more then 50 dynamic pdf  forms for our prestigious banking client. Even, all pdf's was worked fine before 10th Aug 2019 in Adobe Reader DC and  it has been generating the QR properly.   

In past few days, I have facing problem while generating QR in dynamic pdf, these PDF's has been developed by the Adobe Livecycle Designer ES4 . But after 10th-Aug-2019,  we are unable to generate the QR on dynamic pdf to using the Adobe Reader DC.

So Team Adobe , please help us to get resolve this problem urgently.
