Unable to Install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Question

Please see attached image. Did anyone elese have this problem when trying to download the software? I am clicking on the link that was emailed to me from Adobe and this keeps popping up. I click on OK and in the background you can see its saying "Acrobat DC is now installing" but it really isn't 😞 Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Btw, I have a MacBook Pro - Version 10.15.7

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that helps.
