Please let us know if you get any error message when trying to launch the application. In the meantime, try reinstalling the application. You may reinstall the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4azQ1wa).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4iIC5lN;

 

If you continue to experience the same behaviour, please try collecting the logs using the Acrobat diagnostic tool and share the log ID created. You can skip the first two steps since the application is not launching. Instead, download the diagnostic tool by clicking the download button provided at the bottom of the help document: https://adobe.ly/4rHzRHp
