The Adobe version is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2022.001.20117.
Blue Beam version: 2019.1.20
The PDF files were downloaded from a website.
The Adobe Pro user was able to open those files originally.
After the Bluebeam user opened the files, the Adobe Pro user was unable to open them anymore.
No error messages. Adobe Pro just closed itself.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer first and try again.
Also make sure you have the Acrobat C application updated to the recent version 22.1.20117 (Win), 20112 (Mac). Go to help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also please share the PDF file in question so that we can check it at our end.
