Hi.
I am experiencing OCR issue having an error message "unable to process the page because the paper capture recognition service experienced an error. (6)"
I have tried following, without resolution
1. copy .dll files as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-could-access-recognition-service.html
2. Uninstalled Acrobat and re-installed it
3. Uninstalled all Adobe products and creative cloud and re-installed
I'm running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2024.003.20180 64 bit
on Win 11 i7-11370H
32GB RAM
The issue appears on any scanned document, even one page doc. I don't think I am running out of memory.
What would be the next step I should take to get this sorted. This feature used to work but the issue appeared a while ago.
