Hi,

I purchased an adobe acrobat pro 2017 license from amazon. I need to go reinstall it and when I go to register the product code under "my products", it says it's already in use. I am unable to redownload it from amazon and they have told me to contact adobe. Can anyone help me?

You can only register a product once... there is no need to register it again.  Download links can be found at... Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

I get to the point in the installer when putting in the serial number and it says the serial number could not be processed. Any ideas?

What is the message you get... can you provide a screen shot (no serial number showing)?  Knowing exactly what the message is can be helpful in determining a solution.  It might be a case where you are using the wrong serial number for the version you downloaded, or maybe you upgraded at some point and it is trying to find some info about the older version you upgraded from.

Serial numbers consist of 24 numeric characters - usually displayed as 6 sets of 4 numbers.  Do not show it at all, but confirm whether or not what you entered fits that description.

I notice in the error panel it indicates "Classic"... Is that the 2017 version you purchased?  I don't know enough about Acrobat to be able to say whether or not there is another non-Classic version available.  In any case, check your Adobe account online to see if the serial number is included where your registered product is displayed.  There might be a download link there as well.

Yes, the serial number is in 6 sets of four numbers. I do not see any download link though. Any other thoughts?

I wonder if it is possible if it was the 2015 version which was purchased. You say it installed before? What was the purchase date?
