UNABLE to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I cannot reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro DC back on my computer. I have uninstalled/reinstalled SEVERAL times and keep getting errors. Can't call anyone, can't email anyone to help me with this problem!

My computer crashed and I had to reinstall all my software. THIS is the only software I am having issues with!

I have a disc and tried installing it from there. I have an account when I registered this product. NOTHING to help with this issue!

I have installed the cloud. Still nothing.

What do I have to do to get this done. I have been dealing with this issue for days now and have been trying to resolve this problem and cannot get anyone from Adobe to help me.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to install Acrobat Pro DC on the machine, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a perpetual license for Acrobat Pro DC. Could you try installing Acrobat using the link given below and check if that helps:

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

You need your Acrobat DC serial number to complete the installation: Find your serial number
