Hey,
I have reviewed the forums but could not find a solution at all. I have created a few digital IDs to be used in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but now, I am unable to remove the ones I saved in Mac Keychain store. From the preferences, I click on "signatures" and then to "identities and trusted certificates" and then to "more". I am able to remove the ones that I saved as files, but not the ones saved as in keychain. I also get warning for the ones that goes "Removing a digital ID is only permitted if the ID was created by Adobe Reader or Acrobat version 8.0 or later."

A client just asked me to sign off on their contract, which for some reason required me to create a new ID. So when I did, I accidentally made it a keychain ID. I now can't send emails from the account that the ID was assigned to, as the keychain ID asks for a password that I don't have. I tried following the steps to remove the ID, but the REMOVE button won't work. Please help, as this is very frustrating. Thanks!

This is the window that pops up - and I don't have a password for this. Plus I absolutely do not want this Adobe feature in my email.

Hi Stefanm,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to send emails as when trying to do so, it asks for a keychain password, is that correct?
Could you try creating a new login keychain using the steps given in the following link and try again?

when you have 1000 password entries and you create a new login keychain, you lose all your entries. I do not know of a tool that will scan my old keychain and put the good entries into my new keychain. How can I identify the new adobe keychain entry and delete it to restore the keychain to before before the unfortunate action.
Further when the new keychain flows through the email to a different users then on reciept the new EU Level 3 Digital signature fails on verification. How do you comply with the new EU rules and how do you get your mail verified.
