Unable to save completed documents

Hi, a member of my team is unable to save completed forms or documents.

She is getting the error message: 

"Save a blank copy of this form - Data typed into this form will not be saved. Adobe Acrobat Reader can only save a blank copy of this form"

No other team members are having this issues, she is working on the most recent update of Adobe and I have checked all the forms have been saved as Reader Extended PDF  - please help!

Because the file has already been signed using Adobe Sign, so it can't be edited any longer...

I am not looking to edit it, just save the signed returned document

But you edited the contents of the fields?

No didn't edit anything. Sent out documents for signing and opened the returned signed PDF but am unable to save, get the attached error messages.

What version of Acrobat Reader is she using?
