Unable to share pdf portfolio on MS Sharepoint/onedrive or dropbox.

Trying to share pdf portfolio on MS Sharepoint/onedrive or dropbox.  Recipients get a page from Adobe:  For the best experience, opon the pdf portfolio with Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X or later.  Nothing more.  Cannot view or download the file

Hi Heatonmax,

That is normal, they might be trying to open the file using browsers and most of the modern browser don't use Adobe's functionality to view pdf's.

And portfolio can be viewed only in Adobe Reader or Acrobat. I would suggest you recommending your recipients to download the file and open in Reader.

I have reader and Acrobat X and Acrobat DC and I cannot open the file once posted to the cloud.
