Unable to sign in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

After creating a PDF from MS Word, then preparing document for signature in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I am unable to sign the document in Pro, my signature is recognised initially but when clicking [Sign] button in the [Sign as "...."] window, nothing happens.

I sign the document in Adobe DC Reader, but my signature has errors.

Please let us know if you're adding the digital signature to the PDf form or Adding a signature via the Fill & Sign tool.

It would e helpful if you could share the screenshot or screen recording of the workflow.

Share the Acrobat and OS versions.

Hi,

This happens when I use the digital signature, I cannot go further than the page attached, nothing occurrs when I click the "Sign" button.
