Unable to uninstall or modify Acrobat DC 64-bit

When I attempt to uninstall acrobat, I get an error message that says "No valid sequence could be found for the set of patches" (screenshot attached). I've also tried uninstalling from creative cloud. I do not get any error. It stays at 1% for about 5 minutes and then says Acrobat is up to date. I've also used the CC Cleaner tool (Logs attached) and followed the instructions per this URL: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

The machine is running Windows 11 Pro and it is fully up to date. Acrobat is v24.002.20687.

Event Viewer shows the following:

- Event 1042, Msilnstaller: Ending a Windows Installer transaction: {AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-BC15014EA700}. Client Process Id: 25468.

- Event 1033, Msilnstaller: Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Adobe Acrobat DC (64-bit). Product Version: 21.001.20135. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Adobe. Installation success or error status: 1648.

- Event 11708, Msilnstaller: Product: Adobe Acrobat DC (64-bit) -- Installation failed.

- Event 1040, Msilnstaller: Beginning a Windows Installer transaction: {AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-BC15014EA700}. Client Process Id: 25468.

Resolved! Adobe support sent me a link to download AdobeAcroCleaner. After running the tool, rebooted and reinstalled Acrobat via CC.  https://ardownload2.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/2100120135/x64/AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe#sa_src=web-messaging
