Unable to validate my purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2019. Sign in does not work!

I have purchased Adobe Acrobat DC 2019 and it was working fine for many years until I reinstalled Windows and needed to install all my applications again.

Acrobat Pro DC 2019 After install shows this sign-in for activation and it stays on "Loading..." forever. This renders the whole thing useless!

What are my options at this state?

Install update and subscribe to Acrobat
Crash or freeze

What is your OS and version? Is that supported by the version of Acrobat that you have?

BTW: You have either Acrobat DC or Acrobat 2019. DC is the subscription version of the program and should upgrade to the latest version.
