Unable to wrap text when sending doc for e-signature

New Here ,

I have a PDF that I send for e-signature but want to include a comment box for the recipient to provide feedback.  The comment box must be able to "wrap text" as the feedback is usually lengthy. I've been able to do this in the past but recently it seems this option is not available.

I first prepare a form with the PDF and place a text box for the comments. In properties, I check auto font and multi-line. Then, when I send for e-signature, it seems those property options are no longer applied as the text box no longer "wraps" or resizes the font.

Help! What am I doing wrong? It seems I'm missing a step somewhere.

Hi @Training31754134tkws

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

Please go to the text field properties and under the Options tab, select 'Scroll long text' and 'Multi-line' and see if that works.

Also make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20604 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and check.

If it still doesn't work, please share the PDF form in question so we can check the issue at our end.

Regards

Amal

I've had the same question. I don't see an Options tab after selecting Request Signatures from the All Tools menu. My work-around has been to include 4 or 5 individual text boxes in a row.
