Unauthorized Charge

Question

I started the 7 day free trial last year for editing a form, but I thought I unsubscribed it right after. I just found out at the bank that it was charging me CA$29.11 per month for 13 months and I cannot get full refund even though I never used any subscribed functions beside the automatic open with Adobe Acrobat, and I always switch back to website right after... I called the customer service but she said I could only get 3 month refund back since it is not based on usage, but the main problem is that I never received any emails or notification that I was been charged monthly, so is there any way I can get the refund? CA$378.43 means a lot to a student who needs financial support!

There really isn't much we can do, I'm afraid, as we are (for the most part) users, just like yourself. Try contacting Adobe Support again, though. They are usually pretty good with this kind of thing. If they aren't being helpful, try contacting your bank or CC company and dispute the payment, especially if the terms were not made clear to you.
