Undo accidental form clear

One hit key and all my work is gone from a form I spent all morning on.  Can anyone tell me how to undo the last action or undo a form clearing by accident?

There is no undo for this command, I'm afraid. If you saved the file at some point before clicking Clear Form (it usually requires multiple clicks, by the way), then close it without saving, then re-open it and you'll revert back to the latest saved version. If you never saved it then you'll have to restart from scratch.
