Unterschrift wird nicht in Adobe Acrobat 2020 gespeichert

Hallo, ich benutze Windows 11 und den Adobe Acrobat 2020. Bei "Ausfüllen und unterschreiben" wird normalerweise die getätigte handschriftliche Unterschrift angezeigt und kann für das nächste Dokument verwendet werden. Dies funktioniert bei mir leider nicht. Bei PC's mit Windos 10 ist es jedoch verfügbar. Hat jemand eine Lösung?

Hope you are doing well.

On Windows 10, where everything worked fine, do you use Acrobat 2020 as well? Does this problem only occur with Windows 11?

Just try the following steps:

1- Open Acrobat>help>Repair Installation

2- Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View," and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat.

Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

    Hallo,

    leider haben die Schritte keinen Erfolg gehabt. Unter Windows 10 wird auch der Adobe Acrobat 2020 verwendet. Das Problem tritt nur bei Windows 11 auf.

    Problem Gelöst. Ich hbe Windows11 zurückgesetzt unter beibehaltung der persönlichen Daten und der Verwendung der Installation aus der Cloud. Adobe Acrobat 2020 neu installiert und die Unterschrift wird gespeichert.
