Hello, I just started the update for the a.m. Adobe Acrobat Pro version and received the message "Invalid database tables". Does anybody know how to fix this update problem?

Were you able to get a fix for it?  I went to the site and they offered that I should download manually the update and apply but the manual update says I don't have Adobe installed on my computer.  -_-  So I am still looking for a repair.

If you don't have Acobat installed on your machine, what is the problem?

Ummm...??? ABAMBO, I  obviously do have it installed on my computer or else I wouldn't be receiving the initial error that we are all on here discussing?   That is the problem. the download that Adobe offered doesn't work-then they suggested in another thread on here that I download it manually and I got the "you don't have the program installed" error message, and I DO have it installed OBVIOUSLY so there was an issue with the update.  I ended up getting a different link in that same thread when others mentioned that they had gotten that message regarding not having it installed on their computer and that 3rd link worked.

Uninstall Acrobat -  run AcroCleaner (AcroCleaner — Acrobat Desktop Tools and Utilities) - install Acrobat. See if that solves the issue.
