Update settings do not exist in Acrobat Pro

Trying to see if updates are set to manual or automatic. Updater does not exist in my Acrobat Pro under Edit, Preferences, Updater.

Also, I cannot check for updates under the help tab:

Are updates happening automatically due to being on a 2023 version with continuous release? If not, how do I check my update settings?
