When I try to upgrade my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial it says that I need to upgrade my previous PDF pack subscription (that I canceled last year). When I try to do that it says that it was not possible to upgrade and that I should try again in 30 min. The thing is that it has been happening for some days now.

Hello marketinge1933673

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to upgrade the trial of Acrobat Pro DC as getting the error message that you need to upgrade Adobe PDFPack subscription, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Acrobat Pro DC on your current Adobe ID, and the Adobe PDFPack subscription is in a canceling state.

You can download and install the Acrobat Pro DC and "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password to activate it on the computer. To download, use the URL Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

In order to remove the Adobe PDFPack subscription from your account, you have to contact the Adobe Support team so that they can remove the complete contract details of Adobe PDFPack from your Adobe ID. Once the contract is removed from your Adobe ID, you will not get any message of the upgrade. To contact support, please use the URL https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html

I have also sent you the direct contact details of Adobe support via Private message, please check your email inbox.

Feel free to update this discussion in case you need further assistance.
