Upgrade from Acrobat Pro Annual to Creative Cloud All Apps

I have Acrobat Pro on an yearly payment.  It just renewed about a month ago.  I am looking at upgrading to Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB.  Since I have Acrobat Pro and it has been more that 14 days, will I lose that money if I upgrade, or will there be a credit that will apply to my upgraded subscription?  (I am being offered a discounted first year if I upgrade if that makes a difference.  $29.99 per month going up to $54.99 after the first year.)  Does the old plan being annual and the new plan being monthly screw things up?  (Since the new plan would include all of the feature of the old plan, having them both concurrently is the same as losing the money.)

Thanks

Annual pre-paid or annual paid monthly.  They are both an annual commitment.

Hi @David254589729osx,

You can change the plans as per instructions given in the following link

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html

You will be given applicable refund and the plan will be migrated as per the article. On the last confirmation screen you will supposedly be notified about the amount of refund that will be given, If you don't see any refund amount mentioned on the screen you can abort the process. Alternatively you could also contact support for more info and help on plan migration. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below.
