Hi,

I am trying to upgrade adobe to adobe pro but the upgrades stucked. It shows upgrading key features, there are some installation issues. I have tried everything and yet issues exits. After paying for adobe pro and yet struggling and wasting time from last two days, can you please resolve this issue or let me know how to resolve the issue. Its really bad if we face such issues even after paying.

After searching through this Community and trying several suggestions, this is what worked for me:

1. Run the below CC cleaner tool,

https://swupmf.adobe.com/webfeed/CleanerTool/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe

Select Clean All. I don't know if this was necessary.

2. Using Windows "Add or remove programs", I removed (Uninstalled) Adobe Acrobat.

3. Clicked the "Get Started" button from the email that was sent to me after purchasing Adobe Acrobat Pro, which I think just installs Pro from that link above.

So I think the solution is the cliche: Uninstall, Reinstall. The "Upgrade" from within Adobe Acrobat doesn't seem to work.

Hi @IT36226592m2fs

Apologies for the trouble you had upgrading to Acrobat. Could you please try downloading and instralling the Acrobat installer directly from this location https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Please download 64-bit windows installer and follow the steps to install Acrobat.

Regards

Ravi

I have the same issue and did download the 64-bit Windows installer from that link. When I run the setup.exe file, this error dialog pops up:
