URGENT ASSISTANCE ON Acrobat Embed

Nobody answers the forums for Adobe PDF Embed SDK, why is it a forgotton child of Acrobat???

There are bugs that nobody answers for months, nobody fixes for years?

There are people trying to pay for it, and adobe wont let them and dont even answer??

Is anybody even aware that this thing exists and that people depend on it for production applications?

So you are on this forum pro-bono answering questions or you get paid? Adobe just doesn't have any support and tells the community "hey help each other out we don't feel like doing anything?"

It's an endless loop:

People use Adobe

They run into production critical bugs & ask to pay, get no response

They abandon Adobe

Adobe leadership views graphs with people abandoning products

Adobe leadership cancels investment in same products

Start from step 1 again

It's re-inforcing statistics, survivalship bias. Only god knows what's happening behind the scenes here..
