I’m extremely frustrated with Adobe at this point. I’m attempting to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro trial to avoid any charges to my account. However, their automated system insists that I have no active plans, which feels misleading. I want to ensure that no funds are withdrawn from my account; otherwise, I will consider taking legal action. Can anyone provide assistance or share how to effectively navigate this cancellation process?
