URLs break (added &s) when using File > Print > Adobe PDF
So this is driving me crazy. On both Outlook 365 email and Word 365 docs (maybe others) when I create a PDF by the Printing function i.e. File > Print > Printer (Adobe PDF) the web links don't work.
But if I take the same document, and create PDF what I think is the add-in macro... File > Create Adobe PDF... it works fine.
So take this link: http://qcode.us/codes/atascadero/view.php?topic=9-3-3-9_3_330&frames=on
The document that is created via the print driver looks the same as above both in the PDF and in the chrome window. after I click on it.. but it does not work.
When I copy the URL from the chrome window and paste into a text editor, it looks like this:

I know it's wacky.... Here is what it looks like.

Any ideas?
