We have VM and I want to use Acrobat distiller DC as a Windows service.

First, is it possible ?

And if I can, how to configure it ?

Beware: some people have found their intended use is outside what the license allowed. Acrobat DC is licensed to a single user (per plan), and cannot be used on a server or to automate workflows. Obviously I don't know what you plan to do in that VM, but the expected use is that the license holder is sitting at a screen, chooses print, and prints to Acrobat PDF printer.
