Use Acrobat in Chrome Extension Error

Hi There, when ever we attempt to use the Acrobar in Chrome option extension to view PDF's within Chrome, we are returned with the following error...auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect.

This is so frustrating, I cannot find any help within the documentation - any help would be much appreciated!
